No problem. I actually see an enemy like this being set up as a type of being you'd see if Bowser were to ever pull a Dr. Robotnik and mechanize everything. Metal Koopas, Metal Goombas, the works.

When I first saw this, I remember how, in a GameFaqs topic (one I created that dealt with Versus Match Ups), I wanted to know the opinions of others if Sonic and Mario (along with Tails and Luigi, respectively) would fair in each other's worlds.

Basically, place Mario among the scenery of Robotropolis and whatnot, while Sonic gets to go all over the Mushroom Kingdom.

In this sense, though, with your picture, I could imagine how things may work if Robotnik and Bowser joined forces.

Hmm...that'd make for an interesting Cartoon Fusion; I already came up with one for Sonic and Mario a while back:


Sonic the Hedgehog + Mario (Super Mario Brothers) = Sanrico (a national mascot that has great speed, high jumping abilities, and would have the powers of both Invincibility Stars and the Chaos Emeralds)

Sonic the Hedgehog + Mario (Super Mario Brothers) = Morioc (while wearing the Potara Earrings, this being would have red overalls, no shirt to show off the blue fur, brown sneakers with red trim, and have a purple hat with the letter “M” on it; a national mascot that has great speed, high jumping abilities, and would have the powers of both Invincibility Stars and the Chaos Emeralds)

hehehe. that is a cool cartoon idea. I bet someday some flash artist will steal steal this idea and make the frontpage on Newgrounds with his movie. actually, that gets me thinking of Marioball Z. Have you seen it? It kicks ass, AND is a sonic crossover! And it seriously kicks ass. 8)

And, with ideas being used by others, though I would be irked if I found out that someone stole from me, I would first be kind of honored at the idea; considering how I write instead of draw, having someone simply take notice of my workings is a victory for me.

same here.^^ I don't make money off my works, so art/idea theft ain't such a big deal for me... though, if someone came to my page and accused ME of stealing, then I'd be thoroughly pissed.
